The mice and the lion. (TAG: Dimitri)

Cillian woke up. Feeling as if he had been in a coma for the past days. He went through his hair. As he sat up. It didn't even bother him that he changed cells again. Trying to recall what happened at the last game. He had a letter. With a task...erh..Jane was there. Hattori was there. Cillian went over his face. The lost puppy of Meg was there. He had punched that guy. After that...well. He couldn't remember what happened after that. Well if he couldn't remember it. There was not much value to the memory anyway.

Cillian looked through his cell. Groaning in annoyance when he saw who was with him this time. This was just...great...either the puppy was going to yell at him about the punch. Or he was going to cry...this was just great.

Dimitri sat, his back turned towards Cillian, with the folder in his lap. When he first saw it he was severely unnerved by how much thinner it had become since last time he looked in it. The folder had become an obsession for him, his only way to know anything at all in this place. It was always the first thing he checked in every cellmate swap.
Cold sweat hung on his forehead as he desperately turned the pages to find Megara. She had to be in here, she just had to. All hope of finding Kuzco in the folder had been demolished long ago, but Megara... He was certain he'd try to kill himself then and there if she was gone.
Once he found her he let out a relieved sigh and smiled genuinly for the first time in what seemed like a lifetime. It didn't last long, however, as a new worry erupted in his mind. Chel. His heart was racing as he searched the book for her, needing to know if she was alive. Once he found her he almost shed tears of joy. It was the best news he'd ever gotten in this place. He didn't know how long it was going to last, but for right now, he was genuinly happy almost.

Cillian rolled his eyes as Dimitri turned his back on him. "I know you probably.hate me for punching you. But what I said was the truth. You don't have to act like you're on your period all the time." He said. Not really expecting any answer from him. Afterall, the guy was basically turned against him. Not that Cillian minded. He didn't need a cry baby on his side. Neither a grown up cry baby. He sighed. Looking at the bars. Wondering if he was ever to see the daylight again. Even if he was in the gardens of the prison. It never felt right. He had been there twice? Cillian's memory failed him. Who cared anyway, about how many times he had seen daylight in this place. He was most likely going to die here. And die in the most gruesome way Korso could think of.

Dimitri kept quiet. He didn't hate the man, not the least. He didn't agree with him or respect his world view, but that was something else. The reason he decided not to respond was the sure knowledge that at some point in time, Cillian would die. Why make friends he'd only end up grieving for? The folder was so thin... so thin... it must mean Korso was killing faster than he recieved new prisoners...
He barely even remembered Cillian punching him before he pointed it out. It wasn't important, and it was far from the worst pain he felt right now. He clung to the folder, the only thing that had made him happy since Megara, but the thought of her was still too much to bear...

Cillian was for once happy with the silence. He closed his eyes and just enjoyed it. Leaning his head back. Against the wall. Just letting his thoughts drift. As if he wasn't even there. Cillian didn't care for Dimitri. The guy could sit in the corner curled up as a ball. And Cillian would most likely not even notice he had a cellmate at all.
