It was as good as impossible to keep one's body in good shape, the lack of nutrients not exactly helping either. It was most unfortunate. Outside had been far more pleasant, even when surrounded with cages and rotting bodies. Why did it have to end so quickly again? Though another more pressing question followed after that - why was he still alive? Oh, not that he wasn't grateful. His will to survive was the reason he had ended up here in the first place. However it would be nice to know if there was a reason for his prolonged time, with prisoners dropping dead like flies around him. It might very well be a coincidence. Eyes cracked open, gaze subtly sweeping through the room. It was a bit different from the last one, though the painting was still nothing compared to the skulls that had decorated his first cell. Good old times. Naturally there would be a new cell mate to be found, but for once he wasn't completely fixated on nestling himself inside of their mind in whatever way possible. Like a cat after a nap, he slowly stretched himself before rolling onto his other side to face his new companion. A female this time, probably a bit older than himself. His lips curled into a child-like smile almost immediately and he gave a cheerful wave. "Hello there, sweet. I hope I won't bore you."
