| He took his time without speaking, eyeing his last prisoner of the day up and down. He so wished it hadn't ended so soon, but he took comfort in knowing how much fun he would have with them later on. And he was rather curious in knowing what McCoppin and Lannister had figured out about the others. "La Reine," he smiled. "Have a seat please."

| Kida was patient, and wanted to play it safe for now, at least. This was just some protocol and she didn't care for it. She wanted to see her cell and the rest of the prison. She had eyed the walls while being escorted here, but she hadn't found any potential ways to escape. This prison has to have some weak spot, she thought.
Although every fiber in her body wanted her to do the opposite, she just waited, and smiled back when the man called her name. She scanned him quickly. He looked like the kind of guy you'd see working at a prison, hardened and merciless, and maybe even a little bit tired. She wondered what the other crazies in this prison were like. "Thank you for having me," she scanned the room briefly and folded her arms somewhat condescendingly. She looked back at him, no longer smiling.

| "Wasn't my choice," he blurted. He'd just grabbed a few random files and let Lannister and McCoppin squabble amongst themselves for the rest. He wasn't all too disappointed with his prisoners so far though. "Still quite a pleasure to see you," he smiled falsely. He couldn't help but notice her looking around. It was pretty much what he'd expected from her file, but he chose not to comment on it. He was confident she would find no way out, ever. "Your prisoner number is S99224, you would be wise to remember it, as it will be used quite a lot." | |

| Kida watched him as he spoke. She was enraged and restless earlier, but as she had so much time to replay all the events of that day in her head, she was much calmer now and anxious to explore the prison. Kida smirked slightly, "Come on, sir, don't you know it's not polite to call a lady by something other than her name?" She laughed in her head, thinking of how absolutely stupid that sounded, but it wouldn't hurt to have a little bit of fun. | |

| "I'm quite aware," he smiled sarcastically. Luckily, you are not exactly a lady. "You will be confined to cell C2 in Division C. You will be given one meal a day to share with your cellmate." He looked up at her to witness her reaction to the news of such little food. "There will be no disrespection guards or myself, I will expect complete silence after 11pm, and you are not to violate your cellmate, is that understood? Break any of these laws, and there will be repercussions." | |

| Kida got a little bit more comfortable in her chair while he spoke. She raised her eyebrow, but kept her face stoic, when he said she would only be having one meal a day to share. She'd heard about prison food, but she hadn't heard of such harsh mealtimes. Kida took a deeper inspection at this man, and saw the mercilessness in his eyes. He's probably no better than the scum he keeps around here.
She tried to remember all of the men and women that she saw earlier, wondering which would be her cellmate. When he finished, Kida was almost disappointed at the fact that he hadn't asked her anything personal yet. She had prepared fake, sympathetic-gathering lines from her teenage years just in case for this very moment. "Understood. Is that all?"

| "Yes. You can stop looking around wherever you go. There is no way out, a thousand prisoners have tried before you, and all that nosiness is going to get you is a stern look from the guards." He said it nonchalantly, almost as a joke to easy the moods, but his words spoke for themselves, he wasn't joking. | |

| Kida stared at him, her eyes squinting ever so slightly, but she kept calm. You're losing your touch, Kida. First, getting caught, and now so carelessly giving away your intentions? She never had a problem talking to people so her response timing never seemed suspicious, no matter what raced through her head. She stared him dead in the eyes, and replied just as nonchalantly as he had, "I'm just a bit on the curious side, but I can assure you that I won't be causing any problems for you or your guards." | |

| "Oh, we know," he replied, he had never been worried she might escape. No one ever had, and as far as he knew, no one ever would. If anything, they would be a problem for her, not vice versa. "Must be weird for you, huh? Finally experiencing your long awaited cell?" he smirked and looked up from her file to meet her glaring gaze. | |

| Kida didn't take her eyes off of him. She didn't like his overconfidence. She knew not to mess with authority, but she wasn't going to let him get anything off of her.
"Look, with all due respect, let's just cut the small talk, if you don't mind? I know this is the part where you ask me about things like my childhood and my mental stability. You will try to find out what will upset me, if I'll be an obedient prisoner, and try to scare me so that I won't get out of line." Kida raised her hands and showed off her handcuffs to him. "But, come on, you can see my file. I've got no emotional scars, no trauma, no disease, nothing left over. Both my parents have passed, and I have no brothers or sisters. All I've done is work hard for everything in my life. I'm guilty as charged, and will live out my sentence peacefully and respectfully."
She leaned in closer to the man, but still kept a sizable distance. She never took her gaze off of him. Kida smiled now. "But, to answer your question, it is a bit odd, but I'm fairly certain that it will be quick to get used to as I will be here a very long time, isn't that right?" Kida felt confident, now dominating the conversation, but she kept reminding herself to remain unreadable. She didn't want any trouble with him. "Is there anything else that I should know?"

| "Nothing you won't learn in time," he said, still confident. Perhaps even more so now. She was fierce, there was no denying it, and because of it, she would be a lot of fun as well. This was a good bunch of prisoners, he knew. These onces would entertain him far longer than his last ones. Living out her sentence peacefully and respectfully, that he couldn't promise her though. | |

| Kida stood up to wait for the guard to escort her out, without thanking the man. She couldn't wait to see her cell. She was even excited to meet her cellmate, one that she hoped wouldn't cause too much trouble for either of them. It's just best to lie low for now. Her prison number flashed her memory again: S9224. The strict voice of the man echoed in her mind as she repeated the number in her head while leaving the room. Her fake smile and calm attitude faded into a frown, and she returned to her usual self. She glanced back at him, with her scowl, before the door shut and she was being taken to her cell.
If this bastard thinks he can keep me here, he has another thing coming.

| He smiled to himself watching her leave. Sure, there were more questions he could have asked her, but he felt she had already given him everything he needed to know about her. He could have easily just had the guard place her back in her seat, but he nodded to him to show it was okay to take her out. He sat a bit longer in his chairs, looking over all the files once again, before he collected them all and stood up. Stretching, he somehow couldn't wait to get back to the staff room. He wondered if the others were done yet or not. | |
